Terms and Conditions

Setting the agenda

The agenda is set and led by the coachee. To make the most of our time , please come to sessions prepared, with an idea of what you would like to discuss. I will send you a reflection form prior to the session. This is designed to encourage you to reflect on the progress made since our last session. Please send it to me at least 24hours before our session.

Openness and honesty

Please be open and honest with me about how you are finding the coaching process. I am happy to adapt my approach but you need to provide me with the feedback for this to happen. It is your responsibility to raise any concerns at your earliest convenience so they can be addressed.


In order to help you progress, I will look to challenge and push you. If at any point you feel uncomfortable with the level of challenge, or would prefer I approached it in a different way, then please let me know. I am happy to adapt my approach.


Anything the you share with me is regarded as strictly confidential, whether it is business or personal information. I will not, at any time, (unless required to do so by law),  either directly or indirectly, use or disclose any information you share with me during our sessions. For further details regarding this please refer to the Code of Ethics.

As part of my continuous professional development, I may at times discuss coaching cases with a Supervisor. In these cases, the Supervisor will keep all information shared confidential, and no personal information, such as your name, will be shared. 

Length and frequency of sessions

To ensure we have enough sessions for you to see progress, I ask that you commit to a minimum of 6 sessions. Session are usually 50-60 minutes along, but please allow the full hour. I am happy to arrange 30 minute sessions at a reduced cost where this would be more convenient.

Sessions are usually held every 2 weeks, although the frequency can be stipulated by you, and what suits you and your progress best. Sessions should be far enough apart to give you time to take actions, and close enough together to keep momentum going.

Contact between sessions

I am happy to be contacted by email between sessions to answer questions, or if you wish to share successes. I can not guarantee a timely response but I will do my best to get back to you within 48 hours. If you would find it useful for me to 'check-in' on progress between sessions, I am also happy to do this.

Location of sessions

Sessions will be held via Zoom, Skype or in person. Where sessions are held in person, we will look to agree a location that is convenient for both of us. I reserve the right to limit the number of in person sessions. If you wish to have all your sessions in person there may be additional charges for travel time.


I will be available for sessions at least 5 minutes before sessions are due to start. Please do your best to arrive on time. Should you arrive late, sessions can continue but will be shorter and will finish at the originally planned time. You will be charged the full cost of a session.

Changes to arranged sessions

If you need to change or rearrange our sessions, I am happy to accommodate this where possible. When re-scheduling or cancellations sessions, this should be done at least 48 hours before the planned session. If less notice is provided, you will be charged the full session cost, or it will be counted as one session, where you have paid for a package in advance.

Nature of coaching

Coaching is in no way to be construed as psychological counselling or any type of therapy. Coaching results are

not guaranteed. You need to enter into the coaching with the full understanding that YOU are in control of how successful coaching can be, as you are responsible for taking action.



I will maintain professional indemnity insurance and I will remain compliance with regard to GDPR and the storage and use of your personal information.

Please make payments for session in full at least 24 hours in advance of the session taking place. A £10 late fee may be added to the session cost for late payment.  Where the session are cancelled or re-scheduled (within agreed timescales as set out above) you may choose to either be reimbursed for your session, or payment can be held for a future session.
