Facilitation, training and workshops
I provide lively, dynamic and engaging facilitation for events such as team away days and strategy days. I also provide workshops on a variety of areas such as leadership, resilience, motivation or I can work with you to develop something specific to your needs.

I also provide facilitation for Action Learning Sets. Action learning helps to embed learning, identify solutions and drive action, and is becoming increasing popular across organisations.
What is Personal Leadership?
Personal leadership is the self-confident ability to determine the direction of your life, and to take action and to ultimately achieve the goals you set for yourself. It is about understanding your own strengths and motivations and utilising them.

Personal leadership is is not about hierarchy in an organisation, or being a senior manager. Yes it is an important part of determining the type of leader you want to be to others, but personal leadership is about you and how you want to show up in the world.

The Coaching Process
Before you decide whether to invest both financially and mentally in coaching, you probably want to understand more about what it would look like to work together.
Chemistry Session
Before you commit to anything, I offer a complimentary, no obligation, chemistry session. In this session, we will explore what you want from coaching and ensure coaching is the right approach for you and the outcomes you want. You will experience some coaching, get to know each other a bit more, and see if we are a good fit.
Deep-Dive Session
In our first session together will be a slightly longer longer session, and we will spend this time getting to know each other better, and explore your core values. This helps you to understand what give you fulfilment and what's behind some of your frustrations in your personal and professional life .
Coaching sessions
Each session will be different and focus on what is most impactful for you at the time. This might be making progress towards a specific goal, or digging into mindset and unhelpful beliefs. Whatever topic we explore, we will do it in a supportive non-judgemental space that will change your thinking and drive you forward.
Review session
At the end of our coaching journey, we will take time to reflect on what you have achieved and what you have learnt along the way, and how you will use this in the future.
